Please note that import taxes or duties may be charged by your local customs authority along with handling fees by DHL/UPS/Aramex and are not included in our prices. These must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Customs Information by Country:

  • USA: No custom charges – they are included in the shipping charges
  • Australia: No customs charges
  • UAE / Kuwait / Bahrain: No customs charges
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA): No custom charges – they are included in the shipping charges (updated November 28, 2025)
  • Qatar: No custom charges – they are included in the shipping charges
  • Jordan: No customs charges
  • UK: No custom charges – they are included in the shipping charges
  • Europe (EU) (except for Greece and Ireland): No custom charges – they are included in the shipping charges
  • Rest of the World: Please check with your local customs authority

Delivery Estimates & Charges

The delivery charge is included unless your total order value falls below the minimum threshold, in which case a small fee will be applied.

  • UAE/Jordan: Within 48 hours — 15 AED / 2.5 JOD

  • KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Turkey: 1–3 days — Calculated at checkout

  • UK + EU: 2–5 days — Calculated at checkout

  • Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa: 3–6 days — Calculated at checkout

  • Australia, New Zealand: 2-5 days — Calculated at checkout

  • USA, Canada, Mexico: 2–5 days — Calculated at checkout

  • Rest of the World: 3–6 days — Calculated at checkout
