Shipping Policy

1. Customs Taxes/Duties for International Orders

All orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub in Dubai, U.A.E. Please note that customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties according to local regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • KSA: Proof of ID might be required and additional VAT and clearance charge must be paid on delivery (approximately 6 SAR per band + 15 SAR clearance charge)
  • Kuwait : No customs clearance
  • Qatar: Proof of ID might be required and Additional charges may be applicable for customs clearance (usually around 30 QAR)
  • Bahrain: No customs clearance
  • Jordan: Additional charges may be applicable for customs clearance (usually around 6 JOD)
  • UAE: none

2. Delivery Estimates and Charges

The prices shown for each country include delivery charges unless the total order value falls below a minimum, in which case a nominal fee will be applied.

  • UAE (Delivery within 24 hours): 15 AED
  • KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan (Delivery within 2-5 Days): Rate is calculated upon checkout
  • Rest of the World (Delivery within 3-6 Days): Rate is calculated upon checkout

Please keep in mind that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs clearance.
