Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is faulty. Faulty items include damage to the straps only. Please note that the box is not covered under this return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the damage with a valid reason (stated above) for a return. To start a return, simply contact us at hello@coloringpalestine.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges.
Cancellations
Once payment has been made, order cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
